The Swiss News Agency (SDA) reported on Thursday, 28 May, that the Swiss Federal Administrative Court had issued an immediately enforceable ruling ("Superprovisorische Verfügung") that stops the award of a large federal government order to Microsoft. The Swiss Federal Office for Construction and Logistics (BBL) had previously awarded an order to Microsoft for the extension of licences, maintenance and support worth 42 million Swiss francs, without putting it out to public tender. Many open-source firms – including the Linux suppliers Red Hat, Univention and Collax and the groupware specialists Zarafa and Open-Xchange – objected to this award procedure.
One of the most exciting developments in the last few years has been the application of some of the core ideas of free software and open source to completely different domains. Examples include open content, open access, open data and open science. More recently, those principles are starting to appear in a rather surprising field: that of government, as various transparency initiatives around the world start to gain traction.

We’ve just heard that trainwreck Kerry Katona has agreed to reunite with her former all girls band Atomic Kitten for a six-figure sum.

Kerry, who walked out on the band in 2001 will now get another chance to rejoin Jenny Frost, Liz McClarnon and Natasha Hamilton for a ten-date UK tour after an un-named sponsor offered Kerry big money to join her old friends.

A source close to Kerry said: “She’s excited about rejoining the band. Her money problems are well documented, so there was no way she was going to say no to a six-figure offer.”

We know there are plenty of idiots in the UK but we hope they’re not that stupid to pay to see this load of mingers.

We know she was in Japan and everything, but that didn’t give her an excuse to plastered Sushi all over her underwear.

Something smells like rotten fish.

As a young poet, Cui Weiping was not much interested in politics. But she says she could never shake the image of her husband returning home on a June night 20 years ago, his pants mottled with the blood of people shot by the Chinese army.

What a cracker!

it is the the most talked about cleavage since Eva Herzigova’s Hello Boys! billboard campaign for Wonderbra in 1994.

In the campaign poster, we don’t get to see the face of the model.

And now the mystery of the cleavage on the recent Marks & Spencers ‘We Boobed!’ campaign has been revealed.

It belongs to 23-year-old Sudanese born model Natalie Suliman from Islington, North London .

The 32E boobs portrayed in the ad are entirely natural, with no artificial uplift and no make up.

Natalie said: ‘When I did the shoot for M&S, the photographer didn’t even want me to apply any fake tan or moisturiser as he loved my skin tone. A lot of people have asked if my boobs have been given a secret lift for the pictures, but I can assure you that they have not. What you see is all real’.

The M&S ad campaign featuring Natalie’s perfect cleavage boosted sales of the green silk mix set by 163 per cent.

And the 5ft 8in London model’s next goal is to be a Victoria’s Secret lingerie model.

With boobs like that, she’ll go far.

Good luck to her.
